Des Moines, IA - March 13, 2012 - (RealEstateRama) -- The Iowa Finance Authority (IFA) Board of Directors recently approved a combined total of more than $105,000 in grants to provide affordable homeownership and rental opportunities to families in Burlington, Rock Rapids and Tipton. The funding is made available through the State Housing Trust Fund’s Project-Based program, which provides financing for the development of affordable single-family and multifamily housing units.
