March 24, 2009 - (RealEstateRama) — Congressman Dave Loebsack (IA-02) announced the Department of Transportation awarded a $2,536,062 grant to the Eastern Iowa Airport Commission. The funding will be used to rehabilitate the primary runway. These funds are available through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
